By using PhinFinder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PhinFinder is a web-based PWA for real-time point-of-interest discovery along routes in Europe. It aggregates data from public sources such as OpenStreetMap to display restaurants, activities, and points of interest nearby.

3. No Warranty

POI data displayed in PhinFinder (opening hours, ratings, locations) originates from third-party sources and may be incomplete or outdated. PhinFinder does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

4. Usage

PhinFinder is free to use. Location features require browser geolocation permission. Location data is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

PhinFinder is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on displayed information, data loss, or service interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
