2. Data We Collect

PhinFinder collects minimal data. Your favorites and visited places are stored locally on your device. Location data is processed only in your browser and is NOT sent to our servers. We do NOT use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels.

3. Third-Party Services

PhinFinder uses OpenStreetMap (OSM/Overpass) as the primary data source for points of interest. Google Places is used minimally for supplementary data. No personal data is transmitted to these services.

4. Data Storage

User preferences and favorites are stored locally on your device. The application backend runs on servers in Switzerland (QNAP) and is proxied through Cloudflare. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time. Since most data is stored locally, you can clear it by resetting the app. Contact [email protected] for any further requests.
